Schwalbe AV7 BMX Inner Tubes 20" x 1.5 - 2.40, Schrader Valve (2 Pack)

These tubes hold air much longer than ordinary ones. They have a Super high quality stem with a little nut that holds it to the rim which comes in handy when installing them. They are a good match with Schwable tires which are also thick and durable.

They’re inner tubes. Seem to be good quality and hold air like they’re supposed to. Noticeably better than the stuff you find in a department store.

The very first time I tried Schwalbe innertubes was with a set of 700 x 35 Schwalbe Marathon plus tires on my bike. The Schwalbe tubes proved to be about as leakproof as you could ask for. After 3 months and well over 500 miles, on both my bike or my wife's trike, tire pressures with Schwalbe tubes were exactly the same. I now run Schwalbe tires whenever possible, and Schwalbe tubes always.

It worked and described. Installed it with no issues.

I like to add tire sealant of some sort, like Slime to prevent flats. Schwalbe tubes are somewhat on the thin side, so you will want to use a tire sealant or tire liner. The overall quality of the tubes are excellent.

Cycling forums have numerous posts about this product’s unreliability. I’ll include my own here. I had 3 failures within 12 months. In each case, the tube failed with a longitudinal split on the rim tape side of the tire (different tires). And I thought I was paying for quality and durability. Nope.

Put two on my bmx. They’ve held 60 psi for nearly 3 months now. Valve stems are the highest quality I’ve seen. Love the clear caps.

Inner tubes fit as described. No issues so far.
