Super easy install
Love the motorized shades. I got the easy to clean ones, not the cloth shade. I have 3 dogs so having something easy to clean was priority.

It’s a fantastic shade once you learn how to properly set the upper and lower limits.
I absolutely love how well this shade works once you figure out how to adjust the upper and lower limits of the shade. My shade what is 72 inches long and my window is only 48 inches tall. I finally figured out how to adjust the height so that it stops at the proper top and bottom location and thought I would share if others are having a similar struggle figuring it out.To adjust the stop point of the automatic shades first open up the back of the remote by taking out the single screw on the back and side . Switch the admin switch which is on the left-hand side of the back of the remote to the up position. Adjust the fully open height of the shade by using the buttons on the front of the remote. Stop by pushing the pause button at whatever your desired upper height is. Then on the inside back of the remote, lightly press and hold the up arrow button on the right hand side of the back of the remote. The light will blink and the shade will go up and down a little, letting you know that you have properly set the upper position. Next to it to adjust the fully lowered position of the shade. With the admin switch still switched up, lower the shade down to the lowest position that you want by holding the down button on the front of the remote. When you get to the desired lower position press the pause button on the front of the remote. Then lightly press the down arrow button on the back inside of the remote. The remote light will again blink, and the shade will jerk up and down a little, letting you know you have successfully set the lower position. When you’re done setting both the upper and lower position, switch the admin switch back to the downward position. Now when you push the up and down keys on the front door remote, it will stop exactly where you have set. I did not have to touch the M button at all on the upper right hand of the shade. All adjustments can be made with just using the remote with the back taken off.

Great blinds
I love these blinds. They help a lot with sun exposure to the house. However, what I don’t like is the small remote. Each one has its on remote. You can’t sink them together if you have some close together. I have mine in my front room, 3 next to each other and I have to do each one separately. I would say that the only down fall . Installing was easy. I screws mine into the inner winder frame. Then slipped/clicked mine in. We have about a yr now or maybe more. Bought some for our rooms. I would recommend if you don’t care about each separate remote for blinds. The remotes could be and i would encourage the product people to make a little larger remote. I have dropped them occasionally and they have popped open, thinking they were broken but snapped back together. Value of money, yes, very much . Very little noise if any at all.

Frustrating as hell to change the batteries!
Instructions to change the batteries on an inside mount start by laying the blind on a flat surface. No instructions how to get it down first. I pushed, pulled in every direction trying to figure it out. Finally wrote the company. They replied to push in and pull down. Just pushing in didn’t do anything. Had to bang on it with fist to pop it out. That step took me three days with my bathroom window fully exposed. Then the instructions said to remove the screw on the left side and showed a photo. I did. It was the wrong side! Put wrong side back together. Got the batteries changed and can’t get the blind back up. Won’t snap into place. Pounded again and got one side up. Got the center to snap. Left side won’t so will have to get my son to try. Then lowered the blind. It went down half way and stopped. Tried going up then down again. Went only half way. In order to pull it down earlier I had to manually turn to roll up the blind since the power stopped half way. So maybe it got confused. Took it down again. Manually rolled it down half way. Put it back up on the two brackets that work. Tried going down. It went down 4” too far. Tried up it went all the way up. Tried down again 4” to far so it lays in a fold in the windowsill. I don’t recommend this product.

Just okay
We have multiple windows with shutters in a bedroom that faces the sun. While the shutters do an okay job of filtering light, they haven’t been enough. I purchased the white blackout blinds in hopes of filtering out all light. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the blackout blinds make a negligible difference. The blackout blinds were installed between the window and the shutters and there is not enough space to buy a wider blind. This is as close as it gets.As you can see in the picture, there is a difference between a window without the blackout blinds installed but a significant amount of light still comes through the sides of the window with the blackout blinds. I don’t believe there is enough of a difference to merit the cost for the other windows in the room and the cost of batteries to maintain the blinds.
