Huge dent on the side, speaker screen came out to original position because of dent.One of my friend strongly recommend this item for me, however very disappointed this item & Amazon.Maybe bad day for me... I'm prime member that used to enjoying getting my order items for my business & personal.Invested over $1200 for new house DIY plan but it's totally destroyed of my family room plan.

2nd attempt
We were super excited about this table even had an electric floor plug ran before it arrived. First one was very damaged but we knew by the box that would be possible we summit a return which was flawless thx you and reorder a second time unfortunately this one arrived with electronics not functioning & a very loud noise. I’m still debating trying one last time to get a perfect working one as I luv the design n all the functions but my husband is much more skeptical about it. I give it five stars bc I luv the design even though neither worked but the shipping method seems to be a problem

Great At First, Breaks Easily (UPDATE)
At first I loved this product. However 6 months later I can say 2 of the plugs have stopped working and one of the USBs has stopped working as well. Then the compressor is insanely loud.I can deal with the compressor noise. It would make me happy if the plugs could be fixed. However I have no idea how to do that.UPDATE:One day I was fed up with my broken table and sent them an email asking what I had to do to fix it. After verification of purchase they eventually told me they could not repair my table. So instead... They replaced it with a completely brand new Sobro absolutely free. I was blown away and upset I dis not contact them sooner. I have since changed this review from 2 starts to 4. Its been several months since I have received the replacement Sobo and it works as it should.

Damaged x's 2
Arrived not only damaged but some plastic pieces were actually broken. Bent metal, dents, scratches, looks like it fell off the truck! Ordered 2 different colors, got 2 of the same one. Scared to plug it in.

Dopest coffee table out there
The coffee table is super legit, it showed up with a slight dent in one side which was kind of a bummer, but overall it was exactly what I expected and it rocks.

Think twice about buying if you desire a solid warranty.
You might see a similar review to this one on Facebook, it's just me, continuing to try and get someone at Sobro to take the leadership reins and fix my issue. I was an original Indiegogo backer for the Sobro Smart Coffee Table. When it showed up I was excited to say the least. I loaded it up with my favorite snacks and beverages and went about enjoying a unique and cool piece of home furniture, happy in my purchase.About a month or so later this horrible high pitched sound started emanating from the table when the fridge would run. So high pitched and loud I was able to record it with my phone. What heathen siren has moved into my brand new coffee table?I sent off a recording of the compressor failure in an email to Sobro hoping they could help save my new beloved piece of furniture. That my friends is when the honeymoon with new unproven companies ended. Since that first email almost 3 months ago, I have continuously had to play babysitter to Sobro’s support team. No one responded to my first email for 2 weeks. At which point I emailed again, then called. Person on the phone says they did reply but mistakenly to the wrong person. They got my shipping information and promised a tracking number and that a new table was on the way. Then I got an email, asking for my shipping information again. I replied with the information. Then began a ritual of every 2 weeks having to check in on support and get an update which then turned to a weekly update check in. I was told a table shipped, I was told it arrived at the shippers. I was told they usually don’t follow up with customers once a table ships (why???)Well guess what, 3 months later, I just sent my final and last check in email. No replacement table has a arrived. My original table, the noise has become so loud I just leave it unplugged for fear it might be something bad that causes a fire both physically and in my brain. So now my “Smart” table has become just another dumb investment.So overall verdict. Cool idea? For sure. Did they deliver? Yes they did. Can they form a sustainable company? This I don’t know. But based on my experience that won’t be happening until they start taking customer service seriously. Best of luck to all you other owners/backers out there. I hope you have a much better experience with your table then I did.

loving it!
Just to clarify. My husband and I got this as original backers from Indigogo. We purchased the black one for our media room in our basement. It is so awesome. We set the under lights on it for mood lighting and use the fridge for our movie drinks and snacks. We have never heard any noise coming from it and I have excellent hearing (to the customer saying we must be deaf if we don't hear it). We have never had any issues and loved it so much that we are waiting for the nightstands they designed to ship so we can put them in our Master bedroom. This is a great product and the furniture itself is very sleek, sturdy, and a definite item of topic when we have guests over.
