Q: can you pull out the inside foot liner?

On the shoes I purchased, no the liners are permanent in the shoe.

Q: Does anyone know the width of a 10 x- wide. must husband needs a 10 eee

The extra wide is the same as eee. I haven’t actually measured them but they fit me like other eee that I have had.

Q: are the arches too high like the Max Cushioning Elite Lucid-Premium Leather ones? They are like standing on a speed bump. Dont like that. thanks

Not familiar with Elite Lucid shoes but these are extremely comfortable and the arch doesn’t seem to high to me.
