Iduino Mega 2560 Starter Kit For Arduino W/ 33 Lessons Tutorial Over 200pcs Complete Electronic Component Project Kits

The first thing that strikes me is that the case is bigger than I expected. It's jam-packed with pretty much every component you might ever need as a beginner Arduino hobbyist.Pros:LOTS of components to experiment with, including an external power supply and USB cable. You won't need to buy anything else. You can get started right away.Carrying case to keep everything in one place.The components appear to be in good quality, and there don't appear to be any bent pins.Includes a nice inventory sheet with color pictures.Cons:While the carrying case is jam-packed, it really is JAM-PACKED. For the price, they could have included a larger case to provide a little breathing room for more components.The two included IC chips were laying in their compartment, threatening to be crushed by the potentiometers. (See picture) They should have been safely ensconced in the foam. I do admit, however, that this is minor quibble.I thought there was supposed to be a link to some tutorials, but I don't see it anywhere. What would have been nice would be a QR code on the parts list sheet that downloads a PDF or something.All in all, this is a really nice starter kit for someone who wants to explore more advanced Arduino functionality.

There is an amazing amount of stuff in this kit for the money.

Great kit! Many projects can be done from this assortment of gizmos. I've played with only a handful of items and they all have worked perfect. Parts are Audino compatible also.

I am majoring in Electrical Power Engineering Tech and are required to build prototypes and although I cannot use like the arduino power supply regulator and things like that I am able to use the other smaller components and I love the variety I have!

The kit arrived quickly and looks like it includes a full range of sensors and gadgets to start playing with the Mega.My problem is more with the packaging of the kit. The kit is squeezed into a small case which does not provide the protection needed for some of the components. The potentiometers, 4 digit LCD display and L293D pins were completely bent. I hope to be able to straighten them enough to work with them.
