Great workhorse!
I held off writing a review because of some of the comments about the product. I’ve used it for a little over six months and I love this! I use the automatic mode and it allows me to focus on areas that are really dirty compared to areas that aren’t so dirty. It cleans very well. I follow the maintenance instructions and do not have any problems. I do swiffer the floors first because I have a dog that sheds. (Does not take much time) so the machine can focus on the Cleaning). Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. Regarding battery, it does all the flooring on One charged with about 20 to 30% left if the floors are really dirty.

The number of issues with this company are staggering
First off I was really impressed with the marketing aspect of the Dyad Pro and was totally sucked in with the features and benefits of same. It wasn’t long afterwards within a years time, if the unit completely self-destructed, as far as operability is concerned, keep in mind I want to take very good care of technology and treat it like a newborn child. So on a routine day, I removed the unit from its docking station and was disappointed beyond belief that the unit had completely stopped functioning. In other words, nothing worked return the unit back to its charging station to see that it may be something I missed and the battery no longer charges as well. It’s stuck at 60% and of course is losing charge daily. Furthermore it’s lost all connection to the network although prior to losing connection, I checked to see if there was a firmware issue and it was up-to-date according to the application. So now what do we have here? Is an expensive brick that is totally useless in all facets.Ironically, I have also in my possession a purchased their so called Roborock Max 7 Ultra autonomous vacuum system that also, wait for it, failed under normal use as well after a short time in service. Here’s where it gets really ugly!]]On numerous attempts to have the problem resolved with the Roborock customer/tech department , I got nothing but lip service and excuses. After a lot of back-and-forth, I was authorized to send the unit back to their so-called repair depot in Plano, Texas only to receive the returned defective unit in worse condition before shipment. Think about how you would feel if you had the same circumstances and may wind up going through the same hoops of fire based on my ongoing experiences with this horrible company.I’m offering this caveat as a favor for those who are considering purchasing this garbage and then getting stuck with the garbage with nowhere to turn the fact that this is a Chinese company that has no concerns whatsoever about service after sale. That is absolute truth and the whole truth. So, in closing, my recommendation to those who read this honest critique, avoid this company like the bubonic plague! In the long term, you will thank me for taking the time to offer my firsthand experience with a company that should not be in business based on their lack of concern for their consumers in every way possible! Oh, I almost forgot. If you’re constantly call them and complain about their equipment, not functioning properly they will illegally block your number. And I am not the only one that’s had that happened to them so think about that for a second before you make the same mistake of purchasing this poorly engineered equipment.

Absolutely Horrible
I had high hopes for this product. I love my Roborock S7 Ultra Max robot it's amazing and I was hoping this would be too. I got this just for quick clean-ups instead of pulling out the robot. I had the Crosswave Pet Pro before this and absolutely loved it and was on the fence between the new version of the Crosswave Pet Pro and this. I went ahead and purchased this since I loved my robot. First off the multiple roller thing is cool, I do like that but this mop/vac clean water container is super small. I have to constantly refill the clean water and empty the dirty water containers. Also, the self-clean is crappy, even on the deep clean mode it still doesn't clean well, and water splatters from the dock. I ran the self-clean function a 2nd time and the water still came out dirty. I then took off the rollers and there was so much dirt still on the rollers. Everything was telling me to return it before the 30-day mark but I really wanted to give it a fair chance. That was a huge mistake because now the device leaks. there are no cracks in the clean or dirty water containers. No the water is spluttering from the side of the mop/vac by the rollers and it s leaving large streaks of dirty water on the floor. No matter what I do it still leaks, I've tried cleaning the device, and I've tried toggling the splatter shield thing, but nothing I do stops it from leaking. So now I have this device just sitting because I can't use it because it leaves a huge mess. I did purchase a 2 year extended warranty on it but it's only been 4 months and it's already useless. That is just insane to me. Also, after about a month of using it and emptying the dirty water container after every use it smells awful, even after replacing the filter and the battery life is trash. I would not recommend.
