Creative’s sound quality is always superb.
Battery life is long, SXFI makes big difference. ANF is OK.

A Niche Pick with Unique Hearing Augmentation, between 3 and 4 stars given their unique abilities
These were a bit of a novelty purchase for me, primarily for its "Sensemore" mode. And it certainly delivers on amplifying noise, almost to uncomfortable levels at maximum for someone with normal hearing. I actually think these could be genuinely helpful for individuals with a touch of hearing loss, potentially assisting with lower TV volumes or quiet conversations. While they amplify sound across the spectrum, and maybe boost voices a little, I'm on the fence about whether it truly improves intelligibility. Wearing them in Sensemore mode is a peculiar experience; you'll hear every pant crinkle and tiny movement, accompanied by some overlying static. That being said, given their strong amplification and the inclusion of a normal ambient mode, if hearing augmentation is your main priority, these are excellent for the price. However, the fit isn't the most stable for me. They stay in fine when I'm sitting, but I can easily see them falling out during a workout. So, that's a "meh" on the stability front. I didn't get these for sound quality, but it's decent enough. The "SXFI Ready" feature feels pretty gimmicky for most users since it requires local files to run through an app, and since most people stream their music, I imagine it'd go largely unused. That said, I do think the SXFI tech is surprisingly good at opening up the soundstage for the price, better than expected, albeit with some introduced tinny noise and echo. Build quality is about what I'd expect for the price, perhaps feeling a little cheaper than I'd prefer. The connection is relatively stable, but the app is slow – be prepared to try a few times to get settings to actually update on the earbuds. If you demand a seamless and consistently stable app experience, these will likely frustrate you.Overall, I appreciate creative labs for putting some of these interesting features in a cheap package.

Broken when arrived and had to pay to ship it back
I was excited for this because I get anxious when I cant hear anything around me, but I also want to listen to music and podcasts at work. This was a refurbished model and when it arrived it had a ringing in the right ear bud. In order to return I had to pay half the price I got it for for shipping. Very sad and disappointing.

Satisfecho.

Excellent sound. Sensmore technology isn't just a gimmic. Good price for what you get.
So, my experience with Creative goes all the way back to their original sound blaster card and continued on to their Zen NX portable audio player, but I didn't realize they were still making products today, so earbuds would be the perfect market for them to get into due to their excellent history of audio products.Didn't know what to expect from these Sensmore Air earbuds. Thought the sensmore technology would be a bit gimmicky and 6MM earbuds wouldn't produce in the way of quality sound, but I'm pleasently surprised with the overall package. Yeah, the case and the build of the earbud is pretty generic, but I think all the money has gone into the technology and sound which frankly is quite good. Just to be upfront, I'm a comply foam tip kind of person. If I have a foam replacement for the silicon one's, I'll use them. I think it was the comply true-grip foams for the Samsung galaxy buds I used this time to replace the ones that came with the earbuds and I think they make a huge difference in sound quality. I also really like the Creative App from the store, better than the soundcore app, which is considered to be one of the best, but I just feel the Creative app has a more refined app for equalizer adjustments without causing distortion. Also, the adjustment to control what the taps do within the app is also a nice touch. As far as sound quality, needless to say, these 6mm earbuds can hold their own against the much-lauded Soundcore Liberty 3 and 4 which surprised me, plus the volume level that they produce without maxing out your phone volume is very good. In comparison, the Soundcore Liberty 4's can get a bit harsh in areas where the Sensmore Air's shine. Probably due to the fact that there are no complys for the Sound liberty 4, but I do think Creative has produced a very good audio sounding set of earbuds and after complys and various adjustments, I would put them in the same league as the Sound liberty 3's for sound quality which in my opinion are better than the 4's.As far as the ANC noise supression feature. I'd say the Soundcore's are better, but still, not bad. The one area where the Sensmore owns the field is with their sensmore technology which basically amplifies the sounds around you while balancing the music. Think of it as a hearing aid that can collect other sounds around you. It's a much better technology than transparency mode and I think they are on to something here. You can adjust the sensitivity in the app, but from experience, it really works to the point where you can listen to sounds outside of your general area and people's conversations because of how sensitive the microphones are.So, for $80, I think there is excellent value here. Like I said, the package is pretty generic from the case to the build of the earbuds, but there's a lot going on internally and that 10 hour battery life is accurate and really a step up on its competitors. A total of 35 hours between the case and the earbuds is achievable. Yes, you will take a hit with ANC and sensmore on, but you will not complain about the battery life.I'm glad Creative continues to release new products. I've had fond memories of their products going back decades and it's nice to see them coming out with an excellent set of earbuds for a more than fair price. Would recommend these. 5 Stars.
