Why does it say these are organic but the packaging doesn't say it anywhere?

I thought they tasted quite good.  Here is what the manufacturer said: Contains no preservatives, no additives, no saturated fat, no added color, non-GMO, and has the Authentic Vietnamese Taste! Our rice paper is unbleached and VEGAN. Our round rice paper is 100% gluten free. It’s the best way to make healthy, gluten free snacks or meals.
