Awesome for kids and adults
I bought this for my kids, but my husband and I have loved to use it, too! It's such a fun, simple way to work on core strength, leg strength, balance, and who knows what else. It's well made, has a nice grippy surface, lots of options for different skill levels. It's easy to switch around to the different modes.

Amazing, will buy again!
This thing is amazing, I've used the bosu style balance boards before and didn't really feel like it was that helpful with building your actual balance, but this thing is AMAZING! As an adult who's trying to learning new skills regularly this one was super fun for me to play with. We've had it about 2 months now and I use it ALL the time, it's super functional and is perfect for working on balance. The attachments it comes with are great for building lots of different skills with board balance that I hope will translate well to skateboarding and other board sports. The grip on the top is perfect, I've used it barefoot, with socks, and with shoes and it's great with all 3. Other boards like this were much more expensive and so I was nervous that this was so much cheaper but the quality is definitely there, great value for the money. I'm thinking about buying more so my kids and I can use it at the same time when we play.

Great balance roller set!
Received the blue, double fishtail board with two straight rails, two circular rails, a ball, and large plastic roller. Supports me just fine at 220, though the ball could probably stand to be a bit sturdier. Grip tape on the board is fine and shows no signs of wear after almost a month of steady use, roughly 20m per night. Overall very happy with the set!

Challenging
Good balance board with multiple difficulty levels for beginners to highly challenging for anyone. Size is perfect for use and easy storage. Get creative and you can use for balance and core workouts.

So many ways to use it!
The media could not be loaded. This was a great purchase. I used an indo board in college many years ago and decided I wanted to splurge on a balance board recently. I’m so glad I chose this particular one! There are so many different ways to use it (you simply remove the bumpers and place in different areas underneath the board). The magnetic bumpers are sturdy and easy to connect and remove. The board seems to be good quality and the grip on top is helpful, but not too uncomfortable when using it with socks or barefoot.

Great for balance and core strength
I love this thing! I'm 72 and an avid cyclist. My daughter, skilled on snow and skate board, introduced me to this. I was attracted to the side to side hip work, as opposed to the constant front to back of cycling, and the balance component. I've been a long term practitioner of standing on one foot to improve balance but this in a whole other league. It is definitely a lot harder than it looks. This will test your core in a whole new and very beneficial way.Note that I've only used to roller at right angle to the board. I find the middle stops best for starting out. At this point, I'm not interested in using the ball balancing or the roller parallel to the board. Here is my recommendation for getting started:1. Start on a rug. I use it on a medium pile carpet. There is a trade off between effort and stability depending on surface. As I'm getting better on this, I plan to progress to a thin rug then bare floor but this feels safest now. Safety is VERY important! You don't want to fall.2. I spent this first week doing this in front of something I could hold on to without bending over too much. In my case, I'm using a 6' high book shelf unit which is securely fastened to the wall (important!) to hold on to for stability. I use it in 3 minute sessions 3-4 times a day and this allowed me to be safe, get this feel of using the board, and start to build strength and activation of the muscles used with the board.3. As I got comfortable (after about 5 days) I started to work in short (few seconds) periods where I'd let go. It is amazing how even a light grip on something takes the load off the muscles needed for full side to side balancing.4. I've now worked up to the point where I do a 3 min workout without needing any stability grabs. but I'm not yet able to get a smooth side to side seesaw that is the goal. I believe this will come as this work builds the hip and core muscles that are used.5. Be patient. Even if you are only letting go of your support short periods you will be amazed at the muscles you are working. All in all, great fun and is a great way to improve balance. Balance is an important and often neglected component of health and well being for us older folk.

So much fun for the kids they don't even know it's good for them
This is such a great product. My kids use them everyday day while watching tv or just hanging around the living room. They don't even know that there actually working on their core strength, balance and ankle stability.
