My new favourite MCT oil. I take a tablespoon of this with my coffee first thing in the morning, as part of a ketogenic diet. Careful with the dosage as it can act as a laxative, until your system adapts. It has a pleasant although not very strong taste. For me, it completely turns off my hunger enabling my first meal of the day to be at lunchtime. A quality product, well worth the money. Hopefully this is of some help.

Good quality MCT oil. While I flipflop between diets and other health choices, this helped me achieve certain goals while Intermittent Fasting.Very easy to use for my black coffee in the morning where I would add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of this MCT oil. There isn't any odd taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach which I hear happens with some other products/brands. Starting off with 5ml (1 teaspoon) then increasing your dosage may help to find if you are sensitive to this product.Keeps my hunger at bay for some time before my actual eating window starts. So for those people wanting to try MCT oil for their own health benefits and uses then try this one.If this product is still cheaper than most then I will continue to keep purchasing.

Be careful starting out with this, anymore than a teaspoon and you'll notice the laxative effects.

Great price. I go Keto in the weeks leading up to holiday - this covers what it needs. Add a bit to my morning coffee and I can get to lunchtime before I need to eat, my ketone levels are where I need them to be - so all good.
