U by Kotex Balance Pads with Wings, Ultra Thin, Overnight, Extra Heavy Absorbency, 30 Count

I previously used always ultra thin size 4 and 5 for overnight use. They are not soft and irritated my skin. I threw those away when I got these Kotex ultra thin. I purchased the Kotex ultra thin overnight (orange labeling) and ultra thin extra heavy overnight (purple labeling). They are extremely absorbent and comfortable to wear. The top layer of the pad is soft and not scratchy like always. The ultra thin extra heavy overnight is extremely long so I will most likely only use them on my heaviest night. Otherwise I’ll be using the regular ultra thin overnight. I also purchased a box of the Kotex ultra thin overnight (regular, not extra heavy, she said the extra heavy was too long for her liking) for my teen daughter. She says they are very comfortable to wear and she is picky. They work well for her for both overnight and school days so she can have extra coverage to assure no leaks. They are thin and comfortable enough to where they don’t bother her during the school day. She prefers to have extra coverage during the school day just in case she can’t reach a bathroom in time. When you are wearing these pads you can seriously hardly feel them. They can handle a full overnight sleep even on heavy days. My teenager sleeps for like 10 hours straight and they hold up great, she says. We will be ordering the Kotex ulta thin “heavy” (green labeling) next to have an option for more moderate to light days. Like I mentioned my teenager daughter and I had been using always ultra thin sizes 2, 4 and 5 for ages and we also tried always infinity size 2 and 5. These Kotex are way better than the always mentioned. The Kotex stay in place and absorb better. The always infinity are a weird shape and shift around and the always ulta thins are not even nearly as comfortable as Kotex. If you have sensitive skin like we do I encourage you to try these Kotex pads. We will be switching over all our pads and not going back to always. You can’t beat the price for the quality. We tried some expensive Cora pads and they were soft but the quality was meh. Not worth it. Kotex wins hands down for quality, comfort, absorption, staying in place and value.

They do the job, they're very large and if that's what you need they are great. Otherwise, i'd go with a slightly smaller size pad.

Front to back, top to bottom- the coverage is everything!!! All angles PLUS wings! And they’re thin, no weird smell, no twisting, no bunching. BOYFRIENDS OR HUSBANDS: These are great for the first few and middle days! Great for pms baskets with a lil card and some chocolate. Maybe a lil book or little stuffy.It’s a GOOD product!

I bought Kotex overnight pads, and let’s just say, these things are the real MVPs. I've always used Always brand. But, I saw this & wanted to try it based on the advertised & reviewed length. I like long pads, but I don't want bulky pads. They make so many different versions, it's high time they developed one like this. It's 15.5" end to end (14.5" padding) length × 3.3" width × 2 cm thick (very thin). It still feels like the same protection as we'd get from an overnight thin pad (thinking of Always #5), but better coverage with this Kotex pad. Wings are positioned at the 4"-6.5" (2.5" wings) point; AND at the 12.25"-14.25" (2" wing) point on length of pad. I actually flip the length, so the charcoal area is at the rear (literally). The top wings are spread on panties instead of wrapping around them. Maybe they were made for that because those wings are padded (unlike other end wings), and width expands to 6" at that end.I wanted to love these. The end twists & bunches, and sticks to my skin, causing discomfort & forcing me to make constant adjustments.I'll use what I bought, but I won't repurchase. If they could make this size in flex-foam I'd be very happy.
