Could I use this to make a felt board for a toddler? Is the felt soft enough to cling to other pieces of felt?

Yes the felt is soft enough to cling to other pieces of felt. I have a quilter's design board covered in felt and I am able to place these pieces of felt onto my design board and layer the felt and they stick/cling

Is this wool blend? Or Acrylic? The description states that it is both which doesn’t make sense.

I'd say that the 'wool blend' means that it's a combination of both wool and rayon. I believe it's 30% wool and 70% rayon. Hope this helps you.

Is this thicker or thinner than the average stuff at the craft store?

This is approximately 1/4" thick. I've seen it both thinner and thicker at the craft stores. This is a great size to work with; applique, etc.

You can cut it with a scissors or rotary cutter. I cut it into the shape I want ,then sew it on to an other piece of fabric to make flowers or house's ,any thing I want for a different look.

I have recently written a review of this product but it has not been printed so I will try againI was very disappointed in this product The sheets of felt are much thinner than the picture One or two were so thin I was not able to use them The colours were not ads expected either 4yellow 4 pink only one blue (There were 2 blues,but one was too thin to use ) Not ss depicted in the photograph BewareI would not recommend
