There are useful functions such as fingerprint readers and auto-lock. It is easy to install and looks nice!

I am female, and this was so easy to install! And I even had to make the hole a little bit bigger with my drill. It works just as described, and I love the security feature on it. An extra bonus with the fingerprint function! I just wish I would’ve checked whether or not it had Wi-Fi. And I did not. But we’re keeping it because we like it so much and it works well it’s very sturdy. It’s a great product, and we got the distressed black; looks a bit Antique-y.

The media could not be loaded.  The issue has been rectified, the customer service was extremely kind, a new unit was sent out after the programming problem wasn’t able to be resolved. will be adjusted if the issue is rectified.It was easy to install and program, I like how you can add many fingerprint entries, I have added four for me alone. We do like our Teeho Door Lock but are waiting on support to get back with us. They were emailed just two days ago regarding this issue, I did receive a response early the following day, very acceptable. We were told they would turn the issue to their tech team.Our neighbor has the exact unit and doesn’t have any issues. Hoping Teeho can fix it, I would think the battery life will be shortened.We will adjust our review one we receive their response whether they have a programming fix, send a new unit, or have us return to Amazon for a replacement.

The fingerprint reader is nice. My blind son can easily open the door without feeing for keys.Installation is easy if you have ever installed a door lock. It helps to have a 2nd person hold the other side's knob while you align the two knobs.What I don't like is if we are working in the yard or out to get the mail, we leave the door open and the bolt extends automatically after 90s. Then when someone shuts the door the bolt damages the door frame. It would be nicer to have the bolt extend only if it senses the latch, either through photo-eye, proximity sensor, or magnetic switch. It does not do any good to extend the bolt if the door is not closed.

I really like this, no issues whatsoever. Easy to install even on a beat up bent and crappy door, that a lock smith could not seem to figure out. I got this bad boy on in under 30 minutes flat. Locks and unlocks no issues. Love it!

Best customer follow up and help received on this product. Product is easy to install. Easy to set up the features. If you ask question to the customer service about any thing, they are there to help you out. Just one issue and that is, product is slightly over priced, if you think the price is ok, I suggest you should buy this product. Makes life easy and do not have to worry about taking keys out of the door with you.One suggestion to the product team. Please provide a on/off button to turn it off. When I am working outside on my car, and have to do several in and out, and every time auto lock is locking the door in 10 seconds is a little extra painful. If I know I am using the door 3-4 times to get the groceries inside from the car, or cleaning the car or for any other reason I have to out and in frequently, if there is on/off button, that sure will help me and i do not have to use code or fingerprint. I hope you got my point. Thanks.EDIT: Last purchased Apr 9, 2023. Battery died on June 22, 2023. I use lock/unlock feature 2 times a days, some times more but I was out of town for 11 days. So not used during that period. I had a question with customer service about battery life. I asked what if I am coming back home after some days vacation to find out dead batteries. I was told, no worries, when batteries are getting low, you will get a warning signal to tell you weak batteries. No such signs were given to me. I opened door before I put my jogging shoes on, to find out if there is still rain or not. And then I walked out in 2 minutes, and no signs of batteries weak. 45 minutes after, I came home to find out that I am locked out side, because batteries are dead. So basically brand new batteries out of a package, lasted only 2 months and couple of more days. No signs of weak batteries at all.I had to go to a motel and pay 100 bux to pay my overnight stays. as I was locked out at 11:15 pm. Then a call to lock smith cost me 150bux and few hours of wait time for locksmith. First one was asking $200.00 to open up lock, without damaging the lock.Customer Service: what do you have to say now? Will you reimburse me for the money that I had to pay for your responsible suggestions and confirmation that battery wont die on me, it will give me warning before dying?Whoever reads this/ Please be careful and this lock is not worth it.

Replace my older door lock. Way more better than old one.

This product was I stalled and worked for about 6 months, then dtopped working altogether. Nothing to be done about it, from the supplier or Amazon. Junk.
