Lovely smelling leave in conditioner for my dry hair. I Can easily painlessly detangle hair after using this product. Leave hair feeling very soft. Only criticism is the price.

Buying my third now. Awesome for my medium porosity, Asian curly hair. I use more of it to nourish my curls, and use a little less if I want to straighten my hair. Great for using from the first try, and my hair never got tired from it. Works best.

From premium haircare brand Redken, All Soft Mega Curls HydraMelt Leave-in Conditioners is targeted at curly to coily hair in the 3A to 4C range. Strictly speaking, I suspect I'm a Type 2 - with wavy rather than curly hair but as I'm a fan of Redken products I thought I'd give this a try anyway.A vegan formulation, HydraMelt smells gorgeous - though the listing suggests it's unscented - and I found it a pleasure to use. Personally, I didn't need to use much product. I prefer leave-in conditioners like this over rinse-out versions - as you're cutting out the rinsing step, they're quicker and easier.Despite the fact that it's not exactly aimed at Type 2s like me, I nonetheless found this a very good conditioner that left me with shiny soft hair and definition to my waves. The product is pH balanced and made my dry hair - another reason I decided to try it - feel nourished.This would for many of us be a considered purchase but, as with other Redken products I've tried, HydraMelt treatment leave-in conditioner does appear to be worth the money. The 150ml flip-top tube should last me quite some time. Once opened, it's best to use it within 12 months.
