My husband and I both use these and love them. My feet and ankles tend to swell a little bit after a long day at work and using the patches removes the excess fluid and my feet feel wonderful when I awaken in the morning. He started using these because he had a plantar's wart on one foot and nothing seemed to help, so we thought "why not, what have we got to lose". Well, the plantar's wart started softening and it is nearly gone after just a few weeks.
