Everything about this device is cheap
I snore and i bought this to give my partner a decent mights sleep. The app is basic and keeps losing connection to the device. The device has a small battery and needs to be charged every 2 uses. The sticky pads barely hold the device on the skin and definetely would need changing after every use. the device itself doesnt much. On full setting, it will wake you when you snore which keeps waking you and stops you sleeping. On a lower setting, it had no affect. I can not recommend this devixe. I returned it for a full refund
