Expensive but best peeler I have ever found for arthritic hands. Previous one lasted years so well worth the money

I rarely use this for 'sharpening carrots' but it is by far the best vegetable peeler I've ever owned.

Great novelty item bought for a gift

It is well made but if you simply push a carrot into the sharpener it literally comes out looking like a sharpened pencil! The problem is the carrot shaving becomes wider and winder until it ends up being 5-6cm wide? In short it cannot make dainty small carrot roses easily.

I love this product, looks good and works well. So easy to sharpen carrots into a salad.
