Excellent laptop computer.PROS1. Fast processor. No problems with 4k 60 fps videos. Runs creative cloud apps without issues.2. Light and thin.3. Incredible display - sharp, colorful, and bright4. Good value for price.5. Lots of usb ports.6. 2tb version provides a lot of room for files.CONS (minor)1. Power switch is where the delete key usually is so I frequently send the computer to sleep while typing text.2. Battery power could be better, but good considering screen size and weight.After using this computer for a few days, I highly recommend this laptop.

I have been using the 15.6” Acer Swift 5 for the past 3 years with no issues. I thought I was upgrading with this purchase but it’s awful.- The keyboard is so low profile it’s hard to type.- The trackpad is clunky just like the Swift 5 - I was hoping they improved it. But unlike my swift 5 this trackpad looks worn out and greasy after using it for 1 week (nothing gets the shine back).- The worst part of this laptop is what is supposed to be the best part, the screen. After 3 weeks of use my screen completely shattered for no explainable reason other than the lid of this laptop is as strong as a piece of tin foil. Be warned - Acer does not cover this under warranty. You can mail it to them and pay $900 to fix it. I suspect they will eventually have to acknowledge this defect and offer a cheaper solution. Thankfully my AMEX covered this so I could buy a better laptop. Hope this helps :-)

This laptop OLED looks amazing and it is very light.Pros:-Beautiful OLED-VERY light-8 core ryzen chip is fast and power efficient-good number of ports-difference between 1tb and 2tb is actually reasonable (i bought the 2tb)-comes with 16gb memoryCons:-no touchscreen. COME on guys. just add the digitizer. i can always turn off the touchscreen if i don't want it.-chassis flex: there is a bit of flex and creep in the chassis, but this is the cost for lightweight. the lg gram series has the same feel-no physical webcam switch-memory is not replaceableOther-very shiny screen : looks great in dim light but picks up reflections-keyboard and trackpad are average. I was not angry at them, but they were meh.other companies take note, the fruit company/printer maker/ and michael's company, this is a good number of ports on a lightweight laptop with a beautiful screen. Also, the drive pricing for acer is the proper way to treat your customers without gouging them.
