Great for travel. It’s small enough to fit in a suitcase but big enough to roll out your muscles. I took it on a long distance European hiking trek and everyone in my group kept borrowing it at the end of the day.

Roller a bit too hard
I found this roller to be too hard for me. Maybe my skin/muscles are too sensitive. I was unable to use it. If you are ok with a Hard roller, maybe it will be right for you.
