Our dog is almost 20 lbs, with a neck that measures 11.5 inches around. The medium size fits PERFECTLY. The first night I didn't tighten it enough and she was able to tuck her snout down enough to chew through the velcro strap. I stitched it back on and tightened it enough for the two ends to touch, and it's worked perfectly since then. Zero complaints, and I'm starting to think she actually likes having it on, lol.I preferred this to the cone because the cone restricted her vision, felt bulky around her face, and prevented her from licking her thighs and legs. We only wanted her to not be able to reach the stitches when she was spayed, and it does exactly that. The plush material is soft, it doesn't obstruct her vision, allows her to eat/drink without issue, and is almost like a pillow for her when she sleeps.The Velcro holds tight, and it hasn't leaked any air at all since It was first inflated. The plug tucks in entirely so nothing bothers her skin, and and the pink color looks cute on her.Highly recommended for newly spayed dogs, or dogs you want to prevent from licking their belly area. Great product, great quality.

I bought the pink for my little guy bc it was on sale :) and he doesn’t go out in public, so no one would care. This is so comfortable for him, it does get dirty but it’s machine washable. It has so many good qualities , much better than the cones. Pretty durable, soft and looks cute on him. Easy to put on and inflate. There’s more info on the amazon page. Worth the money!

I purchased this collar for my Corgi Mix because he had surgery on his backside to remove some tumors. It is very easy to blow up and very easy to put it on. He doesn't seem to mind it much although of course he would prefer not to wear it. I remove it when he is eating but watch him carefully to make sure he is not at his incision. He sleeps fine with it and hopefully another week wearing it and we can remove it. I would highly recommend this collar, and the price was very good.

So I can't lie...I chose this one because I saw a picture of a Westie in the ad. I have two Westie pups who were getting spayed and neutered at the same time and couldn't bear the thought of the plastic cone of shame. I was a tiny bit skeptical when I bought it. I tried it on one of my pups before the day of surgery. She hated it because she didn't understand why it was on her neck. I decided to take it with me to the vet anyway. I have to say that my 2, 6 month old, boy and girl, 10 lb Westies fit the small size perfectly. They look so darn cute with them on. They have both been extremely comfortable and have had no issues taking it off, trying to eat or drink, sleeping, or walking around. It has done a superb job of keeping them from licking their incisions!

Fabulous product! Our puppy was spayed and we quickly replaced the large, clunky plastic cone from the vet with this soft little donut. NIGHT AND DAY! Puppy loved it, as much as they can love extra equipment. She could move around, sniff the ground, eat from her bowl, get up and down the stairs ... and it's also as a little head pillow for napping. My 7-month old puppy just had hip surgery and this was a welcome alternative to the cone of shame. He’s less than four pounds and I thought even the size small might be too big, but it was perfect. He seems very comfortable in the collar and it’s easy to attach and detach when he needs a break, as well as adjust when needed. Super satisfied with this purchase!

My dog got neutered so instead of using the cone of shame, I purchased this. He was able to get it off almost immediately. It's really soft, I just wish we would have been able to use it.

Works well for dog to not chewing for healing. Made well and dog doesn't seem to mind it on. Soft and able to adjust the hardness.
