Took me a while to set it up soundwise........lots of choices......but now it's a joy to play

These pads turn themselves off after 3 minutes, which is a nuisance.I asked the supplier if there was a way to change this. The supplier responded quickly. There isn't a way.The built-in speakers give a poor quality noise. I usually run them through high quality speakers but they still sound awful.The usb connection for midi worked well. By using midi into my Daw I could give it any sound I wanted, so that saved the day.The drumsticks are a rigid plastic.Despite all this I quite like these pads.
