I have not used this particular product for many years. I use a different one for glucosamine and chondroctine to help with arthritis, I don't take it for vitamine purposes, there are other products on the market, if you are looking for vitamines like vitamine C.

Seems to help my joints

I have tried a handful of tumeric supplements in both tablet and powder form. These are by far the best with no strange taste. I went through a spell of very soar joints around 3 months ago, but these seem to have helped. Good product, good value and fast delivery. The big chemists sell them for £13 to £17 a box.

Early days

Easy to take although quite large no after taste Have not been taking these for long now about 6 weeks I can feel a marginal difference in my joints but I shall persevere as I believe it can take quite a while before any difference is felt hope they work especially for my knees and ankles! oh to be young again with pain free joints!
