Toolzone 300mm (12") Engineering/Engineers Steel Set Square

This is a really sturdy square. It’s not likely to get damaged in my toolbox and is very accurate. I liked it so much I bought the 3 inch one as well.

Arrived in good condition.As far as I can tell this is square, certainly good enough for carpentry. Tested against my Faithfull 9" square (which states it's to the made to BSI standard) and saw no difference when nested against a backlight.Drawing a line on some MFC and flipping to draw one right next to it also shows no apparent deviation between the lines, again indicating it is square.In my experience any lines that are slightly off are usually down to me not marking uniformly along the edge with the pencil rather than the tool not being square.It is heavy and not that easy to hold flat edge to and down against a board, which can give slight deviations due to the operator rather than the tool

The square is actually square i thought it possibly wouldnt be because of the price and it seems to be fairly sturdy so a good purchase

Very nice square well made very sturdy indeed. I checked it for square against a roofers square and it was spot on. Its a bit heavy but then it is sturdy. Big enough to do 95% of my marking out. excellent.
