Unit works with Application which permits putting away authentic information. After Application download there is Enlistment and afterward association through Bluetooth. Despite the fact that Application downloaded and Unit associated with OBD port the Application and unit couldn't Coordinate. In Application HELP… disengage from OBD PORT - reconnect. Both matched with no further hardships. A Full Sweep was performed on the vehicle. It doesn't peruse out MILAGE and requires this as physically contribution to conclude and plan report. Every thing can be inspected yet an Outline Detail is accessible. I have another Innova filter device and I think they make a quality item. This one is further developed and complete than the other one I have. I have nothing OBD1 so I haven't had the option to attempt that usefulness. I gave it a shot my '98 Lexus and on my 2007 Lexus. The SRS and ABS frameworks on my '98 are not upheld on this machine. It does convey and I can pull SRS/ABS/TPMS codes on my 2007. I believe on the off chance that you have a fresher vehicle, this is an extraordinary device to have. Regardless of whether you can't fix your vehicle, understanding what the difficulty codes are prior to carrying it into the shop ought to provide you with some piece of brain.

OBD1 Live Data
Won't read OBD1 live data for 93 Ford. It says it will, but it won't. If you're looking for something to read live sensor data the Bosch 1300 is the only one I've found to work.

Does not support GM Enhanced PIDs and only short slow recordings
First thing I had to find out once receiving this is you have to install in my case MS Windows update program to find it only supports MS Windows 10 & 11Laptops I prefer to use has Version 7 and 8, so to test this I had to use another desktop that had version 11Took about 40 minutes using the software for all updates to be doneThe marketing seller's webpage says it is a "professional" model, so I expected as the price of this to see a lot more functional than other OBD2 scanners I have that cost half of what this one doesI have tested many OBD2 scanner products and have used them since 1996Comparing to another brand OBD2 scanner I use, connecting to my 1999 Chevy Corvettewhich my image shows for GM enhanced PIDs for engine and auto transmission has 560 functional PIDsand many more for the other controllers the car hasThis INNOVA 5512 only supports about 29 engine PIDs, so you cannot solve problems they require seeing the values for PIDs this scanner does not supportRecording is slow capture rate, only records short timeframes like 100 seconds and no function to export the recording raw data and move to a computer that has a spreadsheet to analyze the dataThe scanner got into an unknown state and there is no normal on/off power switch and only way to reboot the scanner is having to turn the vehicle off and then back on againAs to "services" most when I tried them stated those were not supported for this GM vehicleFound no function supported to send bidirectional commands

Tricoder for your car
If you're a Star Trek fan, this is a tricoder for your car. If you're not a Star Trek fan, this is a really cool device that will tell you everything you need know about the car. If gives you all the insight that the service station gets when they diagnose in their shop. No imagine taking your car in for service after you have already diagnosed what is setting off a warning light. You no longer have to hope that they're telling you the truth because this device gives you all the info. This info is also great when buying a used car. Plug it in and check out all of the diagnostic dataConnecting to the car is super easy and the quick start guide tells you everything you need to get going quickly. The scanner is tough and survive life in a mechanics garage. It will hold up well during day to day use.

Comes with most common obd1 adapters
My daily driver is a 1989 Chevy pickup so was happy when I came across a decent scanner that had gm obd1 adapters. This scanner is on the higher end as far as what options it has while at the end of the day I'm just happy to have live data access for my truck. It has other bells and whistles for diagnosing more modern vehicles and does almost all of the same things as the crazy expensive Snap On scanners do. Really it does more then the normal enthusiast really needs but that is better then the alternative.
