Good value product, does the job and is easy to use. Wax heats well in between fingers and as long as pulled swiftly completes the job. Residue wax does sometimes stick to the skin and there’s not enough wipes to finish the pack. I use an oil based remover and this works well in replacement.

Product works relatively well however some of the more thicker hairs were left behind and hair grew back within a week so needed to repeat.There isn’t the same amount of aftercare wipes as there is wax strips

So I read all the reviews and decided to try. It's the first time I have ever waxed my upper lip. The strips them self's are easy to use. In a lot of the reviews people have said the wipes are dry, that's because it is oil not moisturiser. I used the wipe after but felt uncomfortable so washes my lip after. I have very sensitive skin and my skin was fine. I would advise not to use the wipes. I will buy again
