Wonderful
This volume was wonderful. I cried towards the end. I'm upset with Shiori. I don't care if she's a child, because of her....Grrrr. Poor Hikaru.

BEST POST APOCALYPTIC ZOMBIE BL EVER
This story just hooks you right in!The characters are simple but relatable and while it’s fast paced, it’s understandable because of the post-apocalyptic setting.Volume 1 ends in an excruciating cliffhanger! Got Volume 2 preordered already!!(For readers who need closure, maybe wait for Volume 2 as this volume’s ending would most likely make you go crazy)

Zombie BL? Yes!
I love this dynamic. Tense scenes with horror elements. Also love a BL where no one is surprised that a character is gay

Bit of a tasteless read (Possible spoiler warning)
Oh man, I guess I'll start off by saying that I didn't like this one. There's a lot I think to dislike. The typical zombie apocalypse trope, the noncon for no reason, and some of the points didnt really make sense to me.To go into detail, let me drop some SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!Don't read further if you dont want some minor spoilers. I'll keep it vague, but readers will know. The decision to confess right after an attempted noncon felt really wierd to me. Preceding that, I cant figure out any decent reason they included what one might like to call "drama bait". The main character walking in on the love interest and another guy during their alone time, the only reason I think they included this is to create waves, it did nothing for the story. They used it as an excuse for him to wander from the group on his own, but other reasons could just as easily, and more fluently, been used to get him away from the group and trigger the previously mentioned noncon scene.Another scene I thought was kind of forced was the one on the rooftop, the main character literally just says to the love interest "maybe we should... So I can figure out if I like you or not." What? I can't lie, reading it made me laugh out loud, I found it a little bit absurd.Moving on, I adore that little girl who's doing her best in the apocalypse. She saved the group, and also caused the next major plot point to take place. As a little girl doing her little kid thing, she was exceptional.Last thing that didn't sit right with me that I wanted to touch on. After the incident where the love interest falls ill and the evil extra expresses his desire for the immediate removal of the possible threat (which was promptly relayed to the main character) he decides rather confusingly to go to the bed where his love interest is resting and... I really didn't understand the thought process here. The art wasn't extraordinary, but it wasn't bad.Overall, I would say I kind of enjoyed reading it, but not because I enjoyed the story, I enjoyed how "fever dream" it felt to read it. It was predictable and funny for it, and some of the happenings that seemed a bit absurd made me laugh. That's my take, no offence, just opinions. Cheers!

Loved the characters in this book, and the story line was good . The fight for survival in that crazy world and the young love to survive. ❤️❤️
