Not for Ipad Air 4th edition A2324
Was able to get it paired only to have it work for about a half hour then stopped. Tried charging it and nothing.

Good substitute
I love this pen. I have used it for about two weeks now, and honestly it’s a great substitute for apple pen. It connects when you attach it to iPad. Sometimes you have to spin pen, it will quit writing very randomly but not often enough. I just spin pen and it continues. Minor flaw but look at money you are saving. And it charges through the iPad magnet. Would recommend. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because of the spinning thing. But would buy again.

Works seamlessly with iPadpro magnetic
The media could not be loaded. Wow I can hardly tell the difference between this stylus and my kid’s Apple Pencil. It is magnetic and connects to my ipad seamlessly, it functions just as well as name brand. It feels the same in my hand as the Apple one, it is a few grams lighter, but still feels natural to write with. For the price, and functionality, it’s a yes for me! Hope this is helpful for you if you’re looking for a stylus alternative to the Apple Pencil.

Great Stylus or Apple Pencil Alternative
The pen does everything advertised and works very well! It is very accurate and has very good response time (no lag between strokes and actual marks). The tip feels good to write or draw with and doesn't damage the screen. I would recommend a screen protector for long term use though just to be safe. The tilt and palm rejection work great and have had no issues. My only complaint is the strange way of "turning on" the pencil. If you leave it charging on the iPad for longer than a minute or so, you have to un-attach, reattach, and then un-attach again in order for it to turn on.Other than that minor flaw, it is a great purchase for an amazing price, especially considering how expensive the Apple Pencil is.

OK Pencil but lacks useful features
So, I do have the Apple Pencil 2 and other 3rd party stylus pens for different iPads. Of course, the Apple one is the best one. However, the other 3rd party ones I have are almost just as good. I would say that they have some features that the Pencil 2 doesn't have, like being able to be used on more versions of iPads. However, so far, none has pressure sensitivity.Anyway, this one is only ok. It does have magnetic charging but has no lights indicators. You don't know if it's on or not. However, I did not have any issues connecting to the iPad initially. I did use an iPad Air to wireless charge it first since I didn't know if it was on or had battery, due to no light indicators. Also, for people connecting to any iPads that do not have wireless charging, none Pro or Air. Then you won't have any way to charge it. There is no input like Type C or lightning input for charging. However, the biggest issue I had with this stylus pen is that the iPad doesn't always respond. I found that when I put the pen down more at a 90 degree angle (straight on). It would have problems recognizing it. It seems to respond best when tilted, like when you have a palm resting and writing. I'm not sure if that is strictly an issue with this pen but I did test it out on 2 different iPads with the same problem. I'm sure you can adjust to it but going from using a good pen to this one does make this one feel inferior. After using better pencils that seems to just work as expected, this one was a bit of a letdown. Again, this could just be an issue with the pen I received and hopefully others have better luck. This pen will be relegated to an older iPad in the house, or even as a back-up due to this issue.Update: Regarding the wireless charging issue. I did find that it will wirelessly charge on other charging pads. I placed it on top of a wireless charging pad, non magnetic one and it shows as charging on the battery display. Since the battery was already full, I'm not positive it is actually charging. Anyway, maybe others will find this useful if they don't have wireless charging on the iPad this is connected to.Update 2: The wireless charging on charging pads does not work. It just shows that it is charging but doesn't seem to do anything. I left it on when it had about 50% and after several hours, it did not move. So you will need to have one of the iPads that does wireless charging for this pen or buy a specific wireless pen charging for it to work.
