Packaging was a little bad, but the product is great, durable, heavy duty.

The media could not be loaded. A bit smaller than I imagined and has some weight to it about 45-55lbs but did its job.. legs felt like noodles after workout. Also I prefer cleats to get better traction for legs rather than tennis shoes but well worth the money. Easy to put together also the black bars on both sides are removable making it easy to break down to transport.

I use it in my basement on carpet. Works great. Easy to assemble.I'd call it prosumer quality. It would also work well in a PT gym environment.I wouldn't quite give it the sign off in a commercial gym though.(For reference, I'm a fitness professional for 20+ years)

Compared to other dog sleds, best bang for the buck. Nice thick handles; solid quality. Only complaint is the push poles wobble a little.

This is fine for the average at home gym enthusiast. A commercial gym would want a better made item. Very hard to push in the grass even unloaded.
