This is of no use. Hopeless product. Since the date of delivery I am trying to return but the message appears this product needs special attention, contact customer service but no option for returning the product appears

The item is too small and the packing box is big. I think they show something and send something. Even the product return option on the Amazon not working to book a return. Amazing good up by Amazon.Better to keep away from this kind of tacktics by Amazon..
