Perfect and sticker is strong

I was looking for the perfect shoe heel insert and I think I found it, material is soft to the skin and is not either thick or thin.

Very sticky glue will not come off ! Great

I used only once , 1 one didn’t stick well , I find glue all over my socks , second one stick well, when I tried to take it off it went to a small pieces which created mess and not ease to take this thing off completely till now . As well this can be suitable for snickers but not for boots , too small for it
