The product is excellent and very useful after using 2 months

Good chair, was able to assemble it myself, so save some money in installation. Reclining is ok, not great.

Worst experience with this chair, I don’t know why giving good rating this type of cheap product. Chair is not comfortable to sit more than 2 hr, and i raised the return request but they are initiated returned and cancelled automatically and saying that customer denied the return the product. There is no option to contact to the customer care. Amazon customer care service also very poor.

It should support your body in a way that allows you to sit comfortably for long period of time. Especially good support for lower back, neck, or shoulders

I recently bought the Cellbell Chair shown in the picture for my work-from-home office setup. It has arrived as well packed, quality is found to be good and meeting my expectation. , I did try to fix it myself - the backrest alignment was incorrect ( it may happen rarely i think though) such that it not straightforward to fit the screws, and Ive to aply all my energy to somehow stretch to do, but still after a week one of the screw came out at the backrest. I've attached all photos above already. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product quality and delivery, although it's slightly expensive than the earlier one I had to swap with this. Its worth the cost and quality, seem very durable, built quality is very good.
