This is a great supplement and supports hair growth for sure. Don't get me wrong, but with things like hair loss, you need a routine not just 1 pill to fix all aspects of hair loss. I have bought so many supplements and hair products to know too well doing one thing won’t work, including silly caffeine shampoos and hair growth pills. You have to tackle at least 3-5 areas affecting hair growth to get real hair growth results, and i found using this supplement 1 a day, combined with Taoist soap for hair 2 times a week only, wash off instantly after application. Then taking nettle tea everyday, as well as scalp massage for 10-20 minutes everyday. This combination has done more then anything else i wasted money on.I would add B-vitamins as well, but I cycle them as I don't want my pee to stay neon yellow forever - so 3 months I take B complex and 1-2 months I don't. Anyway hair growth is not everyones issue, but it has worked for my brother who was suffering from genetic hair loss, and also worked for the women in my family.

They seem to work well for me, especially after having my last child I was told I had graves thyroid. I don’t like taking medicines so I try and go down the herbal side and with other herbal tabs I managed to get my thyroid down.Not saying this will work for everyone but has for me.Strong smell that’s the only down side.

I don't know how to describe it simply, there are cheaper options for vitamins or supplement's but I don't quite trust them as solgar! I bought these for helping my thyroid regulation and they helped a lot my doctor is happy with my test results too and I'm happy too. I'll be buying them again
