Q: What kind of connector is used to connect the battery or power supply? Also, I see that 5v is recommended, how many amps is sufficient?

I bought 3 of these lighting displays for Grandchildren having parents who can easily build sophisticated houses and cars. No one used the 3 expensive sets to add lighting. I wasted at least $100. Sets seemed flimsy and I would have had to buy more parts.
