I am Happy with the Product as it amplifies the speech and Music from persons and TV PROGRAMS with improved clarity.The products claims a warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. I have not received the confirmation to my email giving product details to the supplier.😀🤔

After trying several OTC hearing aids, this is the first one that my father has liked and reaches out for as soon as he wakes up. After starting to use them, for the first time in several years he was able to hear the doorbell ring and let the person in. Compared to the in-ear Widex hearing aids that he has used for the past two decades, these are only 1/10 the cost and work just as well. With the Widex we constantly faced problems with ear wax which would eventually destroy the hearing aids.

Bought for my parent. At first was impressed that sound is more. But when outside or in a windy area it's terrible as no noise cancellation and it's toooo loud

Good product, loud enough but the calarity is not up to the mark. Maybe it's for my ears only.
