Been using these outstanding pens for years
I've always been very fussy about pens but can say without reservation that the G-Tec C4 is the best for these reasons:- They have a very fine nib - great if you have quite small writing or need precision.- I like the way they have just the right amount of friction on the page. Most rollerballs I find to be too fluid and take away the sensation of writing.- The ink is jet black and has no sign of washing out over time. It doesn't seep 'through' the page either so the back of the page is still nice and clear.- The ink doesn't spread on the page - so no unsightly blobs if you leave the pen resting on the page for a moment too long.- They last absolutely ages which is always a good thing, and I've never had one leak on me yet!- The barrel is relatively slim in comparison to other pens out there. I like this but that'll be your personal preference.- The top is secure and won't come off accidentally.- If there is any negative (and I'm clutching to find one) is that if you push down too hard (read: very hard) on the nib it can bend. It's only happened once to me though and that was when I lent it to my 3 year old. Mmmm....So, in conclusion, a fantastic pen and a good price on Amazon. You may also be interested to know that I also very highly rate the Mitsubishi Jetstream SX-210. Thicker line and barrel than the C4 but my second favourite pen out there (and I've tried hundreds!).

Great pen with a VERY thin line (unlike others...)
If you want a pen with an very thin line so you can write tiny text, this is the one to get. Don't be tempted to get the 0.5mm rollerballs which claim to have a 0.3mm line. They might be a bit cheaper but, in real world use, the line is about twice as thick. I measured under a magnifying glass! Great product despite being a bit pricey.

My favourite pens, thinnest gel tip
These have been my favourite pens for years and got me through years of studying. This particular pack contains 3 blue pens, but I use multiple colours for note taking during studying, including green, black and red. These are the only gel pens I have found with a super-fine tip that help me write quickly and neatly. They are slightly pricier than other thicker Pilot gel pens, but so worth it. You can also get bulk packs of refills that are very good value.

Solid everyday carry pen for sketching - not waterproof - a littel expensive for what it is.
Arrived promptly. Yes easily comparible to the Pigma Micron 005 for line width but it doesn't have archival ink and is a little more expensive. I'd use this pen in a more casual way and it can be used for paint wash as well - so not waterproof. I'd say it'd make a good everyday carry pen preferable to a biro in some cases. It could be a little cheaper. The nibs are delicate so keep the cap on between times.

Mrs Dormouse finds these pens perfect for fine detailed writing and drawing
These Pens are the only pens I use, long lasting, reliable, fine and smooth to write with from beginning to end and they are also comfortable in the paw. The pen can be a bit difficult to get started when you use it for the first time but all is fine after it gets going.Be careful not to accidentally knock the tip which easily bends rather irrevocably and they don't usually straighten out or work after that. Curses ring throughout the Dormouse nest if that happens when there is a lot of life left in the pen.You need a fairly light touch especially if you hold them at less than about 50 degrees to the paper, I find. I try never to lend this pen out if I can help it, unless I know the user doesn't press hard. I have a jar of boring ballpoints for those who tend to write heavily. These pens last ages, but I buy them in bulk as I like a pen in each of the many places I sit in our nest, one in most of my coat pockets and of course at least two in my trusty and voluminous handbag. On extremely rare occasions you can find yourself with a scratchy pen where the ink doesn't flow smoothly from beginning to end, I don't know why, it has only happened about twice in many years.

Good writers
This is a repeat order of my favourite pen - very fine and a good flow of ink. Occasionally one comes which has an erratic flow even when new - don't know why - but when they're good they're excellent

Lovely drawing pen
Really great pen the ink flows smoothly with no dots or inconsistency. I use these grow drawings as is a really fine point that can catch even tiny little details. Good for hatching and shading too. Drys relatively quickly so you don’t have to be too precious.
