I use it to sweeten my tea. Great alternative to sugar. Makes me feel better. Don’t know about lasting for 3 days but day 1 is great.

Woah! Unexpected Results!
I can't tell you how much better this honey it than those gas station pills or other type of remedies that give you headaches and are somewhat unhealthy. Be careful with how much you use! I ate half a packet and I was rocking a stiff one as soon as I would bump into anything! Not just that but you perform better and throw your partner on for a good ride lol I'm keeping a stock!

I’m surprised with this product i got a serious boost from it. I recommend taking 2 packs 40 min to a hour before performing, take 3 for best results.Just 1 pack is not enough. First time trying this product I didn’t think it would do anything but after taking 3 packs before activity oh boy I went rounds!!
