This is one of the best products and it goes a long way. I'm not fond of sweetness so 1 stick will do an entire gallon of water.When you mix it, keep in mind that not all minerals like cold water. So before you add your ice, go ahead and mix it into your room temp water and shake it through. Then add your ice cubes. It would be nice though if it was less sweet.

I bought this on this previous prime day deal for only a few bucks. This was probably the best on the go electrolyte drink I've probably ever had. If the price wasn't super high I'd get way more often.

I have never tried this brand of hydration stick before, and I am impressed. The taste is very yummy. It settled well on my stomach, and I feel like it works. The price is comparable to the other hydration sticks I purchase in the grocery store. My 18 year old grandson likes these too. I will buy these again.

My son wanted to to try it. He got a hug headache both times. Just not something for him. He said the taste was great though and dissolved well.

It tastes fine, but as others have said you really have to work to get the powder to mix thoroughly with water. I will continue to purchase just because the sticks take up much less room to store than the bottles, but will only buy them when they are sale.
