Make sure you use good batteries, follow the instructions to set your new clock
Lovely size of face looks good in my hallway, keeps good time and it has a lovely warm chime on the hour, I think it's good value for money thanks

Missing parts
Ordered twice, missing parts both times. My Aunt ordered it and missing the same parts. We like the quality for the price, but would not suggest you order it.
