I had a positive experience with PaternityLab.com, as it was user-friendly and offered fast shipping. The customer service was also very helpful throughout the process. One standout feature is the option to choose an alternative specimen instead of the swab test, which is especially beneficial for children who may find swabbing difficult. However, it would be great if the price for retests could be reduced, considering they utilize the same sample. Overall, it was an excellent experience with just a small area for improvement.
