A very good product for older vehicles
I will be open and upfront - this is my second Eyetoo Carplay , I bought this one for my other car based on the fact the last one I bought has been excellent. So that was a simple decision.I chose this model as it has the wider and slimmer screen and I felt this would be better for the car in terms of both practicality and aesthetics. I was right. This model does not disappoint, it screen quality is excellent, has fast and accurate response on the touch screen and it comes with everything you need. The fact it plugs straight into the cigarette lighter socket makes things simple to install. One single cable and Bluetooth to your phone. Great. If you are already using your cigarette lighter socket , you can easily find a splitter or a splitter with USB ports on Amazon for a few pounds.I use the Andorid Auto option and it works perfectly with clear sound and directions from the internal speaker or linked wirelessly to the radio. The wireless connection from the phone to the device is stable and simple to create and the voice recognition works really well so I can just say "Navigate to x" and either Waze or Google Maps will start routing (its personal preference as to which to use).Overall a great product.

Plug and go! - Excellent 10.26 Inch Carplay Screen Player for Android/Apple devices!
This is an excellent Carplay Screen Player. I connected this to an Android device and have no doubt it would give similar experience with Apple devices too.Screen player arrived in a well packaged box, was happy to see a solid build product. Along with the Screen Player I received a power cable (very long - could run it from the dashboard to power port at the back of the car) an instruction manual and an aux audio cable (although I did not need to use this as the screenplayer uses a bluetooth connection with mobile instead). The screen player came along with an adhesive template below the holder (to affix the screen player in position). I also received an an extra adhesion pad for securing the screen player (handy if moving to another car). A gadget to wedge trims to hide the wire was also provided. The screen player has a USB-C port and an Aux port (did not need to use this, however nice to know it has been provided to connect additional aux devices as well to the player).Setup was pretty straightforward - out of the box. Instructions were very clear in the manual. The screen player has a large display (10.26 Inch) that sits flush on the dashboard, secured by the wide glue pad at the bottom. Also has provision for mounting permanently on the dashboard (if required). On powering on, could see the touch screen indications for Apple Car Play, Android Auto, FM Transmitter, Bluetooth and Settings. The Android Auto connection (I used via bluetooth) was straightforward. Turned on bluetooth and wifi on the mobile, and the screen player identified the mobile straightaway. Initially only the bluetooth connected and wifi did not connect on the mobile. The instruction manual stated we do not need to do anything extra and this connects automatically. Mine did not and was rectified through a simple factory reset on the screen player. After factory reset on the screen player, once bluetooth pairing was successfully established with the mobile, it also then immediately connected to the wifi of the mobile. Looking for directions/ navigation via google maps was possible immediately. The size of the screen is fantastic for effective navigation and directions!. Selecting search on the screenplayer brought up a search bar on the mobile as well (a convenient option for easy typing). Setting up the FM transmitter (same frequency on car radio) transmitted all navigation/ audio instructions through the car speakers. The sound was very clear (I have tried other FM transmitters in the past - some tend to give an interference/ noise in the background). This screen player's FM transmission was crystal clear with no such interference. I also tried playing music from mobile which transmitted clearly to the car speakers (without the need for the auxillary cable provided) through the FM transmitter. Navigation was clear (using the mobile) and instructions transmitted through the car stereo very clearly without any interference.Another additional feature is the transfer of notifications from mobile on to the screen player. This happened no matter whichever function I was using on the screen player (very useful). This screen player upgraded the car stereo with Android Auto for a fantastic price. I had previously thought about upgrading the car stereo system, however was put off as this would involve lots of major changes (including custom fascia and wiring upgrades). Adding this screen player avoided the need for a costly upgrade. Got an upgrage with most recent features for a comparatively much lower price and no effort whatsoever. It did not need any modifications with wiring - it was just plug and go! (super convenient).I will update more navigation pictures/ video/ concealed power cable images soon.Would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to have the chance to upgrade their stereo system with the facility of Android Auto/ Apple Car Play, for a fraction of the price (and effort) involved in replacing their original car stereo.

Worked for 1 once!!!!
I set up my iPhone and the screen in the car took it out for a test drive all worked fine. Come back an hour later and got in the car to find it to be completely dead. The light on the changer was on so it was the screen its self. Sent back absolutely rubbish!!!

Great alternative to a replacement headunit
The media could not be loaded. I've been looking at a few of these units for a while as one of my cars doesn't have any aftermarket options for Android headunits and I also drive many different vans and HGV's, so having my own portable Android Auto solution was a big plus. This unit also runs on 12/24v as well as a power bank so it's very easy to through in multiple vehicles.I was surprised how well presented the unit was. The packaging is quite premium which goes a long way.The unit works just as you'd expect, and as good as the AA headunit in my 2021 Transit.Start-up from cold is quick, around 15 seconds from power on to being in the AA environment.First connection was really straightforward, just connect via Bluetooth then you are guided through the setup. Took less than a minute and works great wirelessly. I like that this is a true wireless Android Auto and Carplay unit, only the most recent vehicles have this so it's a great feature to have. This is really simple to use, as it's not an Android headunit. It genuinely works just as any AA headunit in any modern car so I'd say most people will be fine. Even the missus says it's WAF (wife approved friendly). All aspects of AA work great, I have the audio connected to my van over the built in FM transmitter, although the audio isn't fantastic, it's just as I'd expect from FM transmission, the AUX connection is fine though. The built in speaker is a nice try, but it's pretty useless, I guess if you were in a vehicle with no audio capability it would be better than nothing and would be fine for navigation. There are two included mourning options, the first is a screen / dash mount, I knew it would stick to the windscreen but I was surprised how well it stuck to the dash too. The arm has a little wobble to it but not enough to bother me. The second mount is a dedicated fixed dash mount, this seems very sturdy and would be great for a permanent fixture.Overall I'm pleased. My expectations weren't too high as I know these are "cheap Chinese" units, however I'm pleasantly surprised and have no real complaints.Things I'd like to see in an update:Built in batteryQuick swap mounts so you can use the hard mount, but have multiple hard mounts in multiple vehiclesBetter built in speakers
