I bought this after using a friends steamer while traveling. I had used steamers before and was not impressed. Although this one is a different brand than my friends, it is very similar in style. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked the first time I used it and have used it multiple times since my purchase. Wrinkles quickly disappear. It heats up quickly and produces a lot of steam. I plan on taking it on a short trip in a couple of weeks. The steam head folds down to make it compact for travel. It also has a removable fabric brush.

I'm pretty pleased with this steamer. I bought it as a second backup one to have in my downstairs so I wouldn't have to keep running upstairs for the other one. Although this one is not a brand name you'll recognize, I actually like it better than my brand name one. It's easy to fill, The little tank on it doesn't hold a lot of water and sometimes I have to fill it twice, but for me, I don't mind. If you push the button into the lock mode, it stays steaming and you don't have to keep your finger pressed down; it's locked into steam mode. I like it and recommend it.

I love the size but it leaks so badly from the bottom reservoir and from the steamer. I wish I had tried it sooner and could return it….✨✨✨Update, the company provided me a replacement. It has to be fully heated before use and it took two sessions of using it for the slight amount of condensation to stop accumulating, but it works great. Totally different experience than with the other.Customer service was excellent and I truly thank them for their help.

The price was right for the need. We had a suit that needed steaming, and I didn’t want to pay a dry cleaner to do it, it was easy to figure out and use, and it did a great job. If you have a lot of steaming to do, this would not be the unit, because the water reservoir is very small. I had to refill it to do the one suit.

I run and airbnb and I was amazed how well it worked. It instantly took out the wrinkles of the curtails. Next is sheets and pillow cases. I’m excited that my guest can use it as well for their clothes. 10 out of 10 !!

This is the first steamer I have purchased so I could be wrong but it doesn’t seem to work very well and takes quite a while to get wrinkles out. It does get them mostly out, eventually. The directions were lacking so I looked up several videos with tips and tricks to see if I was getting the most out of it and I seem to be using it correctly.

Great size for travel, easy to use, works wonders on all my dresses.

Size good for travel quality is little cheap made my streamer cracked after 3 times uses but I just glue it back up didn't feel like shipping it back easy to use heating ups great it did leaking

Easy to operate, works well. Good for steaming a couple of articles. The water tank is small. That's because it is more for travel use. So steaming a few items, need to refill the tank. But that's not a big deal, if you compare to price, efficiency of the product.
