Love these
LOVE these. If you ever feel dizzy or awaken with a crick in your neck, they bring a lot of comfort while pain relievers are kicking in. They are uber sticky and long lasting.

Waste of money...
Bought for a Summer trip and ended up throwing away. The patch barely stuck on, but most importantly did not provide any kind of cooling relief. The weather wasn't even that hot (low to mid 80s) but we were walking a lot so it felt hotter and I thought I could use one of the patches for a couple of hours, but it provided zero relief.

Doesn't really work
I purchased these to use during a summer baseball game. Both my husband and I tried them, and they didn't really provide much cooling. Maybe we were too sweaty because we were sitting in the sun, but I wouldn't recommend.

Slightly Cooling
Bought these as I get very hot at night. I thought it would be thicker because of the photo on the box. Very thin. Had a hard time peeling the backing off. I was cool on the back of my neck. I did stay on while laying down. Worked for several hours. It wasn't bad for the price.
