Q: How long are they? Do they work for big men?

6', 250 lb and they work great.

Q: Are They adjustable for shorter men?

Yes they are adjustable and I much prefer these to the ones that clip front and back. I had those and they were always catching on something when I was getting into or out of the car. I also like these because they don't have those annoying oblong metal loops on the strap ends. Round loops would make more sense, but those oblong ones allow the straps to bunch up. These clips, though plastic, hold better than most of the metal ones

Q: I love this Y-back style (7506YP) but do you make this with the hook and loop strap adjusters instead of plastic adjuster that bulges in my shirt?

Just have to look in Amazon or contact the manufacture.

Q: How long are these? I have a set of XL regular Hold Ups because a normal length gives me no adjustment. 6'0, 250lbs

5'8 250lbs plenty of adjustment. I believe they are the perfect fit for you.
