Pleased with this sleeping pad
My husband and I got this sleeping pad for our 2 week camping trip to Hawaii, and so happy we did.The material it is made of is very durable and thick enough to put it on a ground, but at the same time this pad is not to heavy. It takes just few puffs to complete the set up. Most of the time we slept on it together and it never lost air. It is not bulky, not too soft, fabric is easy to clean. Sleeping was very warm and cozy.Comparing to the women’s sleeping pad I have from rei, see model on a pictures, this one is much longer (my husband is very tall and he never complained about the length) inflates faster, requires less efforts to fold it back. All materials it is made of are very good quality. It came with two basic straps for compression, that were very helpful, bag has enough room, so we didn’t have to struggle to pack it.Overall, we both are very pleased with this purchase. Probably I wouldn’t take it for backcountry, because it is not lightweight, but obviously this is ideal sleeping pad for camping, I would not send again 3 times more money on a branded ones.

Surprisingly Great
Got this for a quick camping trip last minute, had my eye on a more expensive name brand pad originally but it was no longer available and I needed to take advantage of my 2-day shipping. This was cheap enough I figured it was ok if it didn’t work out. I bought my husband a (different) expensive name brand sleeping pad 2 years previous, and although we liked it, it wasn’t practical for backpacking as it was from a comfort series. I wanted one for myself that would be both, which is a bit far fetched I know. As much as I like camping, good sleep is pretty important to me. A few things we look for in sleep pads: material and valve durability, size & weight of pad broken down, length rolled out, and comfort when using it. I’m 5’3 so the length was good for me.The material seems durable enough, never had an issue with tears or leaks. Same for the valve. Rolled up this could be a good size for a short backpacking trip, it’s a little heavier than ideal honestly. But the comfort, that’s what surprised me. It was great, I slept pretty much through the night. Never sunk down to where I felt the ground, it was a great barrier between my bag and the cold, and when I spilled water on it just wiped away not leaving any dampness. Didn’t notice any deflation through the night either, just be sure to give it time to “expand” after unrolling it before you try to inflate it.I do wish it came in a shorter size, but I could see us purchasing another.

In comparison of REI self-inflating camp mat
My husband used fitness mat before I purchased this item, which is the left one. The right one is REI camp bed 2.5. I am going give some pros and cons of this mat.Pros:1. This mat only cost 1/3 of what I pay for the REI mat which cost 119usd.2, As you can saw in the picture, the size is smaller than REI after I rolling it. It takes up less space.3, definitely more comfortable than a fitness mat which didn't really provide insulation.4, it's lightweight, and self inflating5, It comes with repair kit which is extremely important when you are in outdoor.Cons,1,it's not ultralight weight, you can't really pack it for backpacking,(updates: I already figure it how to pack it back into the original bag, it needs some practice)2, REI provides more cushion and support3, after I used it, I cannot really pack it back into its original bag, whereas you can easily do that for REI one.Summary: Given I only pay 37usd, I would say it's worth for car drving and camp at campground. Because it takes less space than fitness mat and more comfortable. Also, ,this is personal reasons, I really like the neon green and bright blue color.updates:it's stop self-inflating, I have to blow the air in the matt.

This is a great sleeping pad!
I bought this for my husband as he was going to be on a 7 day trip sleeping aboard the Viking boat Draken Harald Harfagre. I was initially impressed with how small it was, followed by mildly concerned it wouldn't be comfortable enough despite how well made it appeared. My concerns were unfounded, happily. This pad inflated easily, was comfortable and held up to being rolled up every morning and re-inflated every evening without issue. My husband is just at 200 pounds, give or take, and it didn't deflate during the night even when the temperature dropped, which a lot of air beds have done in the past. It didn't add a lot of weight to the backpack, and was actually easier to fit in the pack than the darn sleeping bag. It's currently awaiting it's next adventure, and I plan on ordering another one for myself for our future trips together. If you're hesitant about buying this, go ahead and get it - it's an excellent buy for the money!

Good while it lasted -long term review
Purchased a little over a year ago and used twice. It was easy to inflate, deflate, and store. I used it to camp in fall weather in Florida, so weather ranged from 55-75 and was reasonably comfortable in terms of both adequate padding and insulation from the ground. I took it out to inflate and test or e for an upcoming camping trip, but the valve no longer holds a seal as I noticed a hissing sound upon inflation and felt air leaking directly through the top of the valve cover. For the price, it was ok... But I'd have liked to have gotten more than two uses out of it as it no longer holds a seal and won't provide effective insulation or padding for comfort.

Very comfortable
For the price, this sleeping pad is pretty good. It inflates itself and fills the rest of the way with a few breaths. Laying on it is very comfortable and it seems like it will keep me warm too. Compared to more expensive sleeping pads it is not very lightweight, but it is for the low price. I am a fairly big guy at 6 feet tall and this just barely fits me, any bigger and it probably wouldn’t though. It comes with a nice bag, straps and a patch kit, although I don’t think I will need the patch kit because it seems fairly robust. Just make sure to look at the specs before buying to make sure this is what you want.
