My finance loves this watch

It has a nice clear face,but no instructions in box so i have no idea what the 2 smaller dials are for,and th adjust the leather strap to have to cut it to size and make one mistale and you have no strap/there was also a tiny scratch on the bezal nera 12 o clock,it it only tiny but a watch thid price shoud be perfect.
