Very salty & truffely, lovely on pasta

The truffle is ground finely so it is evenly dispersed within the salt. This gives a strong and even flavour. Only a tiny amount is needed so it is very economical in use.

I was very excited to receive this as I had cone across truffle salt when visiting my son in Australia. Unfortunately whilst this has a very strong truffle smell, there is very little in way of truffle taste even when used very liberally so was very disappointed

Great salt, lovely truffle aroma and taste, just a small amount needed.

This improves the flavour of steak and chops. Sprinkle over the top.
