Does this camera support wifi transfer directly to a Windows PC or network?

No, and it is rather annoying. The way the it works is the mobile device pairs with the camera over wifi, then any photos you have on the camera can be downloaded onto the phone. It sounded great until I actually tried to use it. The interface on the app is so small and it used so much of my phone battery I don't even use the feature. I just wait to get to my laptop and use the USB cable.

Is there any lens protection?

The KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 waterproof/rugged camera has a fully enclosed lens, so it is protected from not only water, but also dust particles and dirt. It's intended to be used outdoors, for adventures and a go anywhere model. The WPZ2 is even shockproof up to 6', so the lens should not take any damage.

How do you get the pictures from the camera to the phone?

One of the best features of the KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 is that the camera has built-in Wi-FI. Simply download the free PIXPRO Remote Viewer App from the iOS App Store or Google Play store on your phone. From there, you open the App, open the Wi-Fi setting on the WPZ2’s camera menu and connect the app to your WPZ2. Once connected, you can not only select the photos and videos you want to save to your smart phone, but you also have the ability to change camera settings, use your phone as a remote device to snap photos or start and stop video recording up to approximately 30-feet away. Where is the focus control?

The KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 has auto-focus and is enabled when you press the shutter button half-way down (you will get a square around your subject in the LCD). When the red square turns green in color, your photo is in focus, then simply continue to press the shutter button all the way down to snap your photo.
