Like it a lot!
I ordered this by mistake in the same order with an E3600. Guess what? Pecron messaged me, and informed me I should have ordered the EP3000, and switched tem for me! The prices are identical, and so are the batteries save for the battery voltage is 24v for the EB and 48 for the EP. Pecron's act if kindness saved me a huge headache, so my thanks go out to them. If the EB3000 is as solid as my EP3000 (and it is!), I can easily rate it 5 stars. I have never seen such a thick, strong housing on any device this size, and the packaging is also the best I have ever seen. Order wtih confidence!

I don't see it working as discribed yet.
When the ordered was delivered, I did not get an email conformation of the delivery.Asurion still hasn't sent me my warranty info that I bought for $169 and hasn't asked me to register this warranty. I had received my first warranty for an order I bought through Amazon a few weeks ago and Asurion also sent me it 72 hours later and had me register, and then I could print all the papers for my files.I would like to give another accurate review later once Amazon, Pecron (no telephone number from the distributor in City of Industry, CA that I bought it from!!!) They should give us a US phone number as they would be familiar with product and be able to quickly handle simple questions. I do not want to email of chat with a computer that can't understand a simple question.Waiting for Amazon, Asurion and Pecron to send me conformations and US phone number.Greg & Chris

Great product and customer service
The Pecron EB3000 is a great expansion battery. Pairs with the E2000LFP. I purchased 2 ea of the EB3000 on Feb 2025and I had a charging problem with one of them. I contacted Pecron and they didnt waste any time sending me a return lable to get a replacement sent to me in about 7 days from the time they received the defective one at there warehouse. So I would like to say Pecron sells a great product and stands behind it. So if anyone is concerned about Pecron's customer service I am here to tell you there customer service is great and would recommend Pecrons products to anyone.

Mostly ok
So step 1 I read the manual. Followed all instructions. It tells you to charge within 10% of the E2000 so I plugged the Pecron solar panels and let it charge to mostly full. Then connected the cable. Followed instructions in the manual and updated the settings in the e2000. There are two firmware settings mine was the second. Then I turned it on and it still said 100% which I knew combined it wasn’t. So I figured I needed to let it sit to let it balance. After an hour I went back, still 100%, so I plugged in a 100 watt fan to see if a draw would make it recalculate… no. So I unplugged the fan and plugged in the charger, it started charging so it recognized it was not full but still said 100%. After an hour or two it stopped charging on its own so it recognized it was full. Again it was still at 100%. The e2000 never had any issues as a stand alone. So it just doesn’t recalculate after adding the eb3000. I think the percentage should be correct now for future usage… just don’t auto calculate once a extension is added. Not a deal breaker, I don’t like it but knowing what’s going on makes it not an issue. Now maybe using a larger draw would have forced a recalculation in the percentage. But it should be good now I don’t foresee any issues. I now have 5k available, plenty to get me by in outages.

The expansion is great
I've been using the EB3000 with the E2000 and it's been running well. It's worth having if you looking to expand the power on hand.

Extra Power
I haven’t needed to use it yet, but have synced with my Pecron ELP2000 and have it ready in case of an emergency this winter when bad weather hits. Gives me peace of mind knowing I have the extra power when I may need it.
