I am beyond happy with this purchase. In just 10 days my skin is improved and glowing! Acne gone, scars faded, fine lines faded and my skin looks bright and amazing. I use once a day for the 30 minute timer.

After only 6 months, it no longer functions. The power cord was always finicky, but now it won’t even turn on. The instruction booklet is awful, providing no contact information on how to receive maintenance, and this should be under the warranty they claim. Waste of money for an uncomfortable mask.

They could have shipped it in less expensive box and used the money they saved on the box to print instructions! The only “instructions” that came with this mask were very general and about light therapy but they say nothing about how to operate the controls!! The mask is very wide and so the electrodes do not touch the sides of my face. The mask really hurts the bridge of my nose and I even used cotton pads as a cushion. Because of these reasons, I’m returning the mask. The lights seem to work fine.

I haven't been using the Face & Neck Mask long, but I do think my skin feels tighter. I have been using the red to start and plan to find others that help. Since I haven't been using it long I cannot say how well it will work in eight weeks. I can say I use other Led Colored lights for other places and have been pleased with most.This mask appears to be made very well and has easy to control functions.I like that it is multifunction.7 colors LED Photon lights offer choices of what you need to use it for.It came with instructions that explain how to use it and what the colors do.It was packaged well and I have had no problems with it.I have to mention I cannot use the throat piece as I have Thyroid problems. I knew this when I bought the mask, I read it on the page.I believe it is worth trying to slow down aging and take care of problems on your face. My daughter has rosacea, she has used led lights to keep it in check for years.I hope this review helped you.

I ordered this mask after using one at a beauty shop. However the first mask I got was used and broken… Amazon replaced it right away and just now got to try it. My first dislike is that there is no ON/OFF button, no instructions on how to use it and what the buttons in the remote are for. The pad knobs it comes with are very uncomfortable so I decided not to use them. Since it’s the first time I’m trying it I can’t comment on the actual results but hopefully it’s worth the money.I noticed that all the reviews are gone for this product just a few left which makes ypu wonder what happened. Anyways I hope I didn’t completely waste my money and that although it’s not the most comfortable mask it actually does the job intended.
