Good product. I completely underestimated the size, for the room I needed it, but the advantage of having the ability to dim the brightness and to choose between cold and warm created the perfect combination of lighting throughout the day. The only downside is that I had to download the app, I couldn’t find the QR code for the Matter protocol and the dimming is limited to 10% lowest brightness

Do NOT buy this product - I purchased 8 panels, all but 2 have failed within months and I give the last two weeks before they break too. Wiz customer service is useless, long winded and has given no help, indeed I believe their request has caused one of the panels to break.They demand videos of their products not working... They give poor troubleshooting advice that doesn't make sense. Their light switch didn't turn on their panel so they wanted me to reboot my phone (that worked perfectly with the 3 now 2 remaining panels).The delay in their email chat just extends the problem, it's almost 2 weeks since I contacted them and am actually worse off than when I started the email chat.It is clear from the numerous reports there is a fundamental fault with the light panels. Mine were all identical the white border, 36w version, but I believe it applies to all the different colours, wattage and shapes.I have had to change my 5⭐ review to 1⭐ due to the reliability of the product and awful customer service. I am now looking at alternative brands to resolve the problem with possibly going down the route of having a ZigBee power switch and standard commercial quality panels to replace the useless Wiz LED Panels.Wiz will not confirm if the inherent capacitor burn out fault that causes a failure within months has been fixed.Previous Review 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ before they all started to fail:I'm basing my review on the price I paid from Amazon - it's currently over 3x the price!Every room in my house uses Hue Bulbs so I'm very used to reliable, good quality smart lighting but I could not justify the Hue pricing for ceiling panels. I saw the Wiz product marketed by Philips (or rather Signify) so was hoping for a similar standard just in a WiFi flavour rather than ZigBee.There is no doubt a drop in quality in the Wiz brand, but I guess they have more competition in the WiFi category than ZigBee.The lights are good when they work (very bright - do look at the wattage as they make two different versions of the same light, I opted for the brighter, 36w version as you can always dim them down).The reliability is not so good (signal wise), they are around 50cm away from each other but one gets WiFi the other doesn't. I'm used to the Hue where the neighbour light acts as an extender.The quality of the switches (I went for the button and the dial - again prices rise and fall wildly), both feel cheap and nasty and neither perform as well as a Hue switch.They are great value at the right price £2x.xx, REALLY overpriced at £8x.xx. I'm not tempted to buy any other Wiz product with the knowledge of the comparison between quality products and the Wiz offerings, but they do the job for this one specific light.

This is old stock it will work for a start and after that it fails in 3 weeks

The description of the product says that this is a coloured light, however, it only has various shades of white only.I spent 40 minutes installing it just to discover it, can't be bothered to uninstall and return it, so a word of warning - check your packaging to ensure you got the right product before installing.

The light shorted out less than 24hrs after installation.The transformer was extremely hot after Removal.The light itself looked brilliant but unfortunately I may have had a faulty one.

The product description says "Millions of Colours and Dynamic Light Modes" - this is incorrect, it is White only. Please be aware, this product is not as described.
